Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Geltungsbereich & Anbieter
Für alle Bestellungen über diese Ticket-Seite gelten die nachfolgenden Bedingungen. Anbieter und Vertragspartner ist der im Impressum genannte Veranstalter (Martin Knötzele, Get Wasted And Be Doomed / Journey's End Records). Es handelt sich um einen privaten, nicht-gewerblichen Verkauf von Eintrittskarten.
2. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung des Tickets stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar. Mit dem Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf ab. Der Vertrag kommt mit unserer Bestätigung (Bestätigungs-E-Mail) bzw. der Bereitstellung des Tickets zustande.
3. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise und enthalten keine gesondert ausgewiesene Umsatzsteuer (privater Verkauf). Bei diesem Ticket handelt es sich um ein Soli-Ticket: Der angegebene Preis ist ein Mindestpreis, ein freiwilliger höherer Beitrag ist möglich. Bei Versand des Tickets fallen zusätzlich die im Checkout angegebenen Versandkosten an. Bei Reservierung zur Abholung an der Abendkasse entstehen keine Versandkosten.
4. Zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt wahlweise über PayPal oder per Überweisung (Vorkasse). Bei Zahlung per Überweisung erhältst du die Bankverbindung nach der Bestellung per E-Mail; das Ticket wird nach Zahlungseingang bereitgestellt.
5. Lieferung / Ticketübergabe
Nach deiner Wahl wird das Ticket per Post an die angegebene Adresse versandt oder unter deinem Namen zur Abholung an der Abendkasse hinterlegt. Bei Abholung an der Abendkasse halte bitte deine Bestellbestätigung (Bestellnummer) bereit.
6. Kein Widerrufsrecht bei Veranstaltungstickets
Bei den angebotenen Tickets handelt es sich um Eintrittskarten für eine Freizeitveranstaltung zu einem festen Termin. Für solche Verträge besteht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Eine Rückgabe oder Erstattung ist daher grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen. Solltest du verhindert sein, kannst du das Ticket formlos an eine andere Person weitergeben.
Bei Ausfall oder Verlegung der Veranstaltung melde dich bitte über die im Impressum genannten Kontaktdaten – wir finden dann eine faire Lösung.

Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & provider
The following terms apply to all orders placed through this ticket page. The provider and contractual partner is the organiser named in the Imprint (Martin Knötzele, Get Wasted And Be Doomed / Journey's End Records). This is a private, non-commercial sale of admission tickets.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the ticket does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation (confirmation email) or the provision of the ticket.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and do not include separately stated value added tax (private sale). This ticket is a solidarity ticket: the stated price is a minimum price, and a voluntary higher contribution is possible. If the ticket is shipped, the shipping costs stated at checkout apply in addition. No shipping costs arise for a reservation for pickup at the box office.
4. Payment
Payment is made either via PayPal or by bank transfer (payment in advance). For payment by bank transfer you will receive the bank details by email after ordering; the ticket is provided once payment has been received.
5. Delivery / ticket handover
Depending on your choice, the ticket is sent by post to the address provided or held under your name for pickup at the box office. For pickup at the box office, please have your order confirmation (order number) ready.
6. No right of withdrawal for event tickets
The tickets offered are admission tickets for a leisure event on a fixed date. For such contracts there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A return or refund is therefore generally excluded. Should you be unable to attend, you may informally pass the ticket on to another person.
